Eve Edwards
Soprano Eve Edwards has performed extensively in the Mid-Atlantic region. She has performed over 50 leading operatic roles including Mimi, Violetta, Desdemona, Pamina, Marguerite, Donna Elvira, Micaela, Rosalinda, Antonia, and Aida. Companies with which she has appeared include Boheme Opera NJ, Amato Opera, Pennsylvania Lyric Opera Theater, Buck Hill/Skytop Music Festival, Delaware Valley Opera Company, Concert Operetta Theater, and Piccola Opera. Ms. Edwards is also a frequent concertizer, having sung in the world premiere of David McConnell's chamber orchestra version of Samuel Barber's Knoxville: Summer of 1915 in a performance described by the Reading Eagle as "stunning." Other concerts include Violetta in La Traviata with the Lansdowne Symphony Orchestra; Abigaille in Nabucco with the Lower Merion Symphony; Isolde in Acts I and III of Tristan und Isolde with Orchestra Society of Philadelphia; and Faure’s Requiem with the Valley Forge Chorale. www.eveedwardssoprano.com
